Hi everyone I've been reading the forum for a while now and have been collecting info so i could detail my car. I made my order about 2 months ago and finally got around to during a full detail on my civic.

WASH
2 bucket method
Meguiars Gold Class car wash
Clayed with Meguiars clay kit and detailing spray

Correction Process
PC polisher
M105 with orange pad
M205 with white pad

Sealant
Chemical Guys Blacklight with blue pad

Great work polishing the paint on your Civic. M105 and M205 are a very common "go to" combo for most people.

Looks like your have learned alot and the results show it.

So, how long did it take you? Did you get any dusting problem with the M105?
 
WOW, what a huge difference, like night and day. I like the reflective shots that only darker colors are capable of....:props:

thanks everyone and to answer the question about dusting yes the m105 dusted heavily at first so i put less product on and was able to get the same results with less dusting

Another trick is to remist the (dusty) area and give it another pass before it goes to dust.
 
never thought about misting seems like it would work, do you just mist it with a QD?
