Hey hey everybody! Some of you might remember me so I figured I'd chime in with a quick update...
All is great since the wedding, recall the Crossroads. My wife and I are expecting a baby June 18th, but likely will be sooner, so... Her name will be Maggie-May Layla...already has a few songs named after her.
After getting married and such, I leased a Jeep and sorta got burned out on detailing. BUT...now the bug is hitting me again!:righton: So look for a few posts on that stuff from time-to-time, as I will be busy with the babio.
I am closing in on finally finishing my masters in special education, less than a year, but it has been grueling the past year at college and teaching. Lots happening work wise...but, looks like a Music program I started really took hold at skewl so I might be doing more than just one music class at our facility for students with special needs. That would be GREAT!
I got heavily back into music gear wheeling and dealing tons of boutique gear the past year or so.
My latest band has just started gigging after a few member mishaps that delayed us some months. We're doing what I call Hard Blues. Lots of Texas-based Blues, loud guitars, and throwing in some great classics by Hendrix, Zep, etc. Gearing up for the biker rallies later this year and hopefully full-steam next year.
MY wife bought her dream car, a Mercedes convertible 520 CLK (Maybe, I don't even know) so I have convertible questions coming up I imagine. My stepdaughter will get her license in a few weeks, so we got her a nice convertible Sebring, awesome price on a nice car. I am ending my Jeep lease (long story) and picking up an '02 Avalanche within the next few days, so I'll need lots of wax for that sucker!
My dogs are doing well and I've been into landscaping heavily this spring, planted 15 large trees all by hand, argh.
So, there it is short and schweeet!
Peace
Oh, and I must have slowed down on my fast typing so look for fewer typos:buffing:
