A Chicagoland get together?

Hi all. Due to a couple other dates "closing" up on me, I'm tentatively selecting 9/23 as the date for our meet. Just wanted to post that quickly before going to bed after a 14hr detail marathon today :).

Well I know people selected a date but since your the owner/host for our event, if that ends up being the date, well, that's the date then. Once you know for sure, I can start a brand new thread with the date at the top, this way people know for sure what the actual date is, along with location and other info, thanks Ivan, looking forward to this for sure:dblthumb2:

I hope I didn't choose a bad date... Seems like everyone who posted was fine with 9/23, but 9/30 can work for me as well. Just not 9/2, 9/9 and 9/16.

If you guys want to make a new vote between 9/23 and 9/30 that's completely fine with me, let's just do it soon so we can choose a date already :). I'm completely fine with either date, so whatever everyone here agrees on.

Roger, I just saw that you mentioned making a new thread with the date, so feel free to do that or whatever you think is best. I just figured I'd start a new list to see who plans on coming for 9/23.
 
This is a good place to do this Ivan, afterall all the info has been here all along. Once we nail down the official date, we can then make a new thread, keeping it clean there too, LOL;-) Since your nice enough to provide the place for us, we can just do that, your place, your rules and your date...."chose it and they will come"

Guys, please quote the post with the latest list, then erase the "quote" tags, and finally add the next # and add your name to it. This way no names get lost and we have a true count of the first 20-25 people who plan to attend. Most recent list...

As a newcomer, I haven't earned the privilege of attending. I wonder if I might be considered an alternate should you not reach the suggested 20-25 attendees limit?
