A few questions about Finishing Polishes.

I have the same exact car as you and I used sonax nano polish 3/6 to get rid of dealer installed swirls then I put powerlock on it from menzerna and then a layer of carnauba and bro I swear it looks amazing

I have a Subaru and a couple friends with subaru's. For finishing I really enjoy using reflect go highly polish the soft subie paint. I have Menz 4500 which is a great polish as well, but I typically use it on German cars primarily. Blackfire finish is a very good, un-spoken about product as well, but haven't used it for a while. IMO, a lot really comes down to preference. A lot also depends on your technique., machine and pad combo. If you'd like to try some reflect, just pm me and I could send you a sample.

Thank you Fly07sti:props:

Guys I just wanted to take a minute to say how amazing some of the members on this forum truly are...

I sent a PM to Fly to request a sample of the Reflect a few days later I recieve a small package with the following samples inside.

To my surprise the box contained the following.

BF Finishing Polish / Menz SF4500 / Menz SF4000/ Megs 205/ Optimum Finish Polish and of course the CARPRO Reflect.

All I was expecting was a sample of the Reflect.

Fly Your Generosity is greatly appreciated! I noticed that shipping wasn't cheap either.

Very cool of you to help out a member who has been on the fence trying to decide which polishes I wanted to order.

The Weekend is coming up with Nice Warm Weather so I plan on doing a couple of test areas on the subie to see what I prefer before proceeding to Coat the car.

Thank you again FLY :dblthumb2:

The Menzerna to me is the way to go. I have used it for years, got started with it back in 2001. I love the stuff, and it works great. I have found sometimes when removing it that you can do like Mike and move to another panel and then remove it. Once it dries a tad, it comes off easier. Also once the pad is primed, you can go with less product which will help it to be removed. I love the stuff!!

HUMP
