what makes you think products from the U/K are any better than products made in the USA?

i never said they were anybetter then products here. in fact a/g stuff is very good i hav e alot of there stuff. what i was saying is that in the uk they offer alot of very nice products . that us as the love of detailing might enjoy!!

I wanna see some of these products.. Got any sites that show them man?

I really want some Dodo Juice!!! I know for a fact that they are looking for a distributor in the US.

Do you shop anywhere besides AG?

Yeah, "Dodo Juice" waxes are getting a lot of good reviews over there.

I am going to wait and see who their partner with in the US. I'm hearing it somehere up North. But in the end, I don't care. If I cannot get my hands on it here, I'm going home to for Christmas anyways, I'll just get a jar there and bring it back.

Huh?? You'll get us a jar and bring it back???

Hmmm, that sure would be nice of you..... I've been wanting to try the dodo!!

My brother lives in London so I'll just have it shipped to his house and them bring it back that way. That's how I got my Megs #16.

It's 32.50 pounds per jar, which is about $66 since the dollar isn't worth much.

You should try some products from other US stores.

to tell you the truth im happy with a/g ill wait to see if the uk line of detailing chemicals come to the US intill then ill stick with a/g

What products exactly are you looking for? Any brands in particular?

there are about 500 different lines of products, but only a handful of people that actually manufacture them.... then everyone orders their stuff and puts their getto labels on it.

the only thing that would make a difference is the grade of chemicals, volume and grade of nuba they use. it's pretty much all the same thing!!!! just comes from a different place!!!!!

Who loves a little bit of marketing? C'mon, we all do!

:goodpost:

Well not entirely. yes alot of them are made by pretty much the same people but their are so many different chemicals that can be used in them
There is a huge difference between some products. Many use naptha, kerosone and isoparaffinic hydrocarbons (64742-48-9, 8032-56-2 etc etc) and some others use morpholine, bentonite, acrylic emulsion, glycol, silicate and volcanic ash. Many polishes can't be used on trims, some I have though work on just about anything.

There's a whole new world of technology and new product types out. Liquid spray sealant that removes swirls and protect for six months, liquid spray polish that will clean, polish and protect most hard surfaces of vehicles. 473ml makes over a gallon and it's non abrasive.

AG's products do more than what's listed on the site and the bottle.
Renovo is the king of convertible top care IMO. That's one
The UK has some rubbish as well as the rest of the world but there are some interesting brands that I wont list here for spam reasons but they work great.
