A Horror Story with a happy ending!

The sad part is that the car's paint was prolly corrected some and then went right back on the lot with it's new thin skin.

Just a follow-up...

I was cleaning out my in-box to collect all the e-mails I get with "Class Requests" in the subject line and came across the gentleman that originally contacted me about this swirl issue with the brand new car he purchased.

I sent him an e-mail to ask whatever came from his ordeal and here's what he sent me back out one minute ago...

The detailer you recommended looked at the car and determined that it had been damaged extensively by tree sap while at the dealer, before it was sold to me as "new."

The DISO was installed as part of the dealer's effort to remedy/cover-up the tree sap damage. The Dealer took the car back and gave me a full refund.

I appreciate all of your assistance in helping me to figure out what had happened.

It's very rewarding to hear of a horror story turn into a success story...

I had someone call me recently with the same horror story... I' sent them the link to this thread.
