6/16 wife gets rear ended in brand new car by a mexico resident with no valid US license and his dad's insurance which doesn't seem to want to cover the accident (less than 45 days old, first payment not made)
6/17 something falls over and dents new car in garage
6/19 A/C in home goes out
6/25 Put out boxes for recyling in the morning. Forgot that my brand new Flex Edge adapter ($50) was in a brown paper sack in one of those boxes. Realized it today when I went to a job and didn't have said adapter with my pads.
So in the last week I'll have spent over $700 dollars. ($500 deductible, $75 PDR, $50 'recycled' adapter and whatever the A/C bill was).
Hopefully I can get my $500 back for our deductible. I guess I'll have to spend another $50 to get another flex edge adapter from AG or sell my pads (not sure which option to go with at this moment)
Hopefully the coming weeks bring me some good luck/karma. I could use it.
