Attention/Warning:

For the Guys that just so happen to live, or have lived, in the regions of the USA that have
set aside a 'special-day' in October, to celebrate (yet) another Valentine's Day-ish holiday:

Hope you didn't let your guard down today...like I did...
as evidenced by a little blood-letting---caused by me just getting: Me arse chewed out by: "The Good Wife"!!!

"Too much forum time"?, I believe, was the question I heard her ask as I was limping away.

:)

My girl just told me about this day last week. I never heard of it til then. She explained its a v day more for the guy. So we should be the ones getting pampered. Maybe ill give her crap for not getting me a polisher.

What's this so called holiday called? I asked my lady and she said she hasn't heard of any holiday in Oct. besides the trick or treat one.

So no limp for me :D

"Sweetest Day" is a another V-Day that was started in NE Ohio. It is basicly another reason to have to buy your girl a card and flowers.... :nomore:

Thank god me and my wife have never celebrated Valentine's Day in 20 years lol.

Friends, family, and lovers often give each other candy, flowers, and cards on Sweetest Day. Like Valentine's Day, the Sweetest Day is associated with heart-shaped boxes, and the colors pink and red. 80% of Hallmark's greeting cards designed for Sweetest Day are romantic.[8]

I told my lady today is like fathers day for us guys. But it's to celebrate the love where the woman shows the man how much she loves him.

So I get sushi and movies today! Thanks guys :xyxthumbs:

Note: she knew I was full of it. :D lol

So is this another hallmark day?
If hallmark is defined as a "distinguishing mark":

(I'll be able to tell, with more accuracy, what exactly I'll end-up with...
when the swelling goes down a little more.)
