Two orders placed three minutes apart, on the 21st.

One AG, the other, another FL vendor.

Other vendor arrived today.

AG order left Jacksonville today.

Thought I'd let you know.

Thanks for the Labor Day Sale.
 
Mike your order would have shipped the same day you ordered but you ordered right at cut off time and asked us to price match. When you ask to price match we have to go and confirm your link you give us and then go in and change the price on your order. Since you ordered Friday afternoon this then held up your order till Monday to ship. Which is the next business day. Next time if you need it to ship right away please call in your order.
I bet everyone here will tell you our customer service department well do what they have to, to get your order out same day when you call them. Penny is top notch on that customer service line, we are very lucky to have her at the helm.:work:

Please don't misconstrue my message--it was just some feedback--I know there are multiple variables affecting shipping(still prefer FEDEX).

You guys are absolutely the best, and there is no greater customer
service "in this country"--you are the gold standard.

The last thing I got from FedEx I got in two parts, problem was it was only one...reordered it and it got lost after FEDX picked it up....said never mind I don't need it now....The only part of FedEx I like is the X....MY .02 FWIW Y.

P.S. We need a lot more Companies like Auto Geek......The Best of The Best For sure.:dblthumb2:

It sure does not come across that way when just comparing delivery dates.
 
I know I have said this before, but for the new guys and those that forgot, we use Fedex too, just not much, but if you want it all you have to do is request it. We are flexible and here to take good care of all of you.
 
If you want them to ship fedex why didn't you ask? They will ship it anyway you want, even USPS. You know UPS doesn't work on Saturday!! Fedex does, right? Man!!! You are hard on people. Be happy they are nice, I've told people off for less. Sometimes the grief a customer gives isn't worth it. No hard feelings Mike, your nit picking pisses me off, and I don't even work there.

Hell I ordered a few more supplies this after, and already got the tracking number! suppose to be here either friday or saturday!
