About DIY detailing of a 3 -yr OLD car

I followed it, not religiously I must say. Washed > Clayed > Coumpound

I have micro towels, lot of them. Swirls have disappeared. But not that marring. I will try to polish it with ultimate polish. But then I am afraid, when I will use IPA, its gonna come up again.
 
Last night I intentionally left a portion from polishing using UP. To see how much dirt does it attract. And see the result. Driven the car for approx 30kms. And a patch of 500mtrs which has soil and not tarmac.
