About to Raise my prices

Raising my prices for 2015 hope I don't lose to many Clients. #piautospa
 
Went thru the same thing last year, we have now become twice as busy?
Just do quality work and people will pay. Good luck to you!

I haven't raised my prices in 2 years now..

However..

What if you had a customer who comes to you 3-4 times a year for the last 4 years? Would you still charge them more?

Just asking as I have a pretty dedicated clientele base for years now and I do not charge them my newer rates for their USUAL work they want.

In the past 3 years I've doubled my prices. I've lost a couple people but thats ok I'm booked all year long so not a problem. for repeat customers I only raised their prices by a small amount and they had no problem with it.
 
explain to them the cost of inflation and let them get the same price if they increase to tri monthly details

I usually raise prices yearly, but grandfather current clients in at last years prices for a year.

Yeah I had a detailer in my area just call me because one of my customers wanted to know if he was going up on his prices too
