Whether you use APC or Woolite, I'd be sure to "rinse" the area by wiping the are down with a towel dampened with water only. Most APC's/detergents are made to be rinsed and can leave a light film on the surface.
Thanks for the replies! I'm only 22 so there's no wife to steal Woolite from haha. I just ordered Meg's D101 since I'll use it for things other than seats. My mom also found a horse hair brush for me to use. I'll let you guys know how it works once my stuff arrives.
Hey everyone I received the D101 today and I'm very impressed. I used a horse hair brush and the D101 diluted down to 10:1. After cleaning I let the seats sit for an hour or so then used Lexol conditioner. Thanks for the help!
Very nice! Believe it or not since "leather" these days is typically a synthetic material you can get pretty aggressive. A terry cloth towel along with a non abrasive scrub pad does wonders!
