Adam's versus Menzerna

Because they are AG's competitor. Now, I don't why some people feel like they'd be committing a sin if they bought an Adam's product. That will always remain a mystery to me.

The forum rules:

Autogeek.net is a private closed forum, for the discussion of products that are vendors of Autogeek.net only. This is a private forum and open links to other companies that are not associated with Autogeek.net will be deleted and will result in a permanent ban. No commercial, personal, or any other type of sale that is not associated with Autogeek.net is permitted. Moderators have the right to edit any posts that contain links or other information pertaining to competing companies that are not associated with Autogeek.net.

Just as some other forums do not want discussion on other products.

I always found it funny how people bash Adam's for not allowing talk of other companies and promoting their product, yet that happens on every forum

Exactly, there's just a lot more products to talk about here, not necessarily that it's more open.

well, looks like Dylan landed a job at surf city garage

They have Volvo, who next BMW.

They can have Volvo. While they are at it, give them Saab to - if they even make those anymore. Dunno.

Except there isn't much you can't talk about here, b/c AG sells ALMOST everything worthwhile.

For the record, if you search through any Adam's thread on this forum that I've interacted on or search through my posting history, you'll find my replies have all been polite and professional.

My goal is to always answer a forum member's questions in an honest effort to help the forum member get the best results possible with the pads, products and tools he's asking about.

I don't condone or encourage the bashing of people, products or companies on this forum regardless of what takes place on all the rest of the detailing forums.
I can't tell others how to behave but I can do my best to lead by example.

One thing I always point out to others is that just the fact that we're all here posting to a car detailing discussion forum means we all have more in common than we have in differences.

There's no need to bash any products, people or companies and certainly not on this forum.

Well said!!

But can we still bash that guy washing that poor Bentley on youtube?

Indeed. Moving on.

maybe he'll move back down to (SCG is located in huntington beach, CA) southern california...

Not as of now... the job doesn't necessarily require me to be in the office (testing and development of a new line) so I get to work from the comfort of my home in CO, and get the bonus of some real weather to abuse some products.

Interesting, maybe they made a better offer.

Actually left Adam's with no plan in place... was just ready to move on. I took a couple of weeks to just spend time with my wife and kids, decompress... and during that process SCG reached out with a cool opportunity.

Glad to see you on here Dylan...you have been my go to person for detailing advice and got me into this stuff...My wallet hates you and I appreciate you!

Glad everything worked out.

Glad to see Dylan on here, he is very knowledgeable! I have talked to him on a few other forums and helped me out greatly! That being said I do use a lot of adams, just not polishes. For most of the cars I do (vettes) I just cant seem to get the cut that I get with other products.

Very cool. Chase has been killing it from the pics I've seen on IG.

Shine Supply has some great stuff.
