Add more options to the Quick Reply

Everytime that I want to add a smiley, change font, etc I have to click advance. Is there a way that I can change the quick reply to have some of those features without having to click advance every single time?

I changed this in the settings, but only a simple text box appears!

I know on my other vbulletin form I can do it and i changed the same option I did on this forum, only it changed the reply box and this one didn't for some reason :/

Just bustin ya!! Maybe try restarting your browser if u didn't already.
