ADS Quartz applied to the EN!

When they introduced Phobic, they stated that it is newer technology than Quartz, and that they could have just as easily introduced it as Quartz 2.0, or made it the new Pro, and made the old pro Quartz 2.0. That's what I remember them saying, on the Keep It Real Podcast, which I watched because I wanted to find out about Phobic, not because I'm a fanboi of that podcast, before you guys start in on me. I'm a centrist, dammit.

Same here - that podcast left the door open for some lineup changes. This is why I started to think Quartz might be phased out.

No harm in Klasse's plan though either. I'm starting to think all the justification I use to buy new things for the sake of protection might be borderline crazy... but I'm trying to build a shiny tank over here dammit!

I like that Phobic is a spray and the fact they sell extra sprayers tells you there's enough in there to crystallize the sprayer, convinces me for sure

I can wait to get Beads next Wednesday, well, I'm ordering it next Wednesday and I'll be trying it on my winter set-up next month during my indoor maintenance wash at The Bays in Wheeling

I doubt quartz will be phased out. Ive only used phobic once so far, but it is so easy to use. Its unreal how easy it is. The slickness is unmatched from anything ive felt thus far personally.

The sprayers dont cristalize like can coat does, they can gunk up though. Jist need to clean the right after

Ec details needs throat punched every time he sings..its so childish

I need to recycle one of my ADS bottles and apply a sticker to it so I know BEADS is in there

I'm shocked at the price and yes, I know it's with the Black Friday Sale (Wed the 27th) but still️

I hope those green RW sponges come out the same day

I admit, I had the volume low. I missed the sale specifics but sounds like 25% off. They said themselves that they can't keep up with sale demand so take advantage of that 25%... unlikely to see it again I would guess. You might need to grab Phobic on discount and let it live with you for the winter!

I'll have to see how fast it sells out. I love this type of protection for the wheels and lower areas.

I found Bradley's quick explanation between Phobic and Quartz:


hardening, thicker film build, slightly longer durability, slightly more chemical resistant, more darkening effect. Just to say, PHOBIC is extremely capable when applied like a traditional coating. It hits in a league far above where it's marketed.

I don't need it but I'm having a hard time not adding Phobic so that I can eventually use it as a topper.

Your heart is really set on that green sponge. I fear what will happen if not released...

Yeah I'll be using it as a "super topper" but I've been thinking, do I use it coming out of this winter or wait till right before I go to the Dragon next fall, 1st world problems

As far as that sponge, I emailed Bradley about other questions, including the sponge...stay "tuned"

Yeah, I agree but I'm also the person with ceramic coatings sitting inside a dark cold room from last Black Friday. For example, I have the Pinnacle Black Label 5yr from AGO that I grabbed last year for $19.99. Unopened and still sounds fine when I shake it. So a reasonable conclusion is I'll be able to get Phobic in the next ADS Black Friday sale and not run out of others!

I definitely anticipated more family members buying vehicles in 2024.

Well you could crack that Pinnacle Black Label open and coat some wheels with it

I had just enough ADS Quartz to coat all 4 of my KN wheels before putting them in storage for the winter
