I haven't posted in a couple of weeks, i took some time to do some marketing, meeting new customers, the boat show, etc.
Finally also putting together my long overdue website.
This car belongs to a new customer who i haven't even met yet, he keeps it parked mostly at the shoip where they do the work on it and also take it to various Porshe gatherings in the area.
The owner of the shop had only seen my work on a yellow ZO6 i had done awhile back for a another customer of his in Parkland.
Apparently another detailer used to do work for them in the past and i believe he's known for doing alot of Porshes in south florida.
Even though this job did not involve any swirl removal, while i was working, the shop foreman kept coming out and saying that the car had not looked this good...ever.
And it only has 11K on it.
When i was done i overheard them talking and making comments on how embarrising it was what the car looked like after the previous details compared to today.
I have a pretty good idea who used to do the work before, nobody on here, and he sells himself as a super detailer.
After washing the car i clayed it and you should have seen what came off the hood, forgot to take pics, duh.
I then used Ultrafina and also just for kicks used some Wolfgang paint polish enhancer, or whatever it's called.
I topped it off with Autoglym wax.
It was another rainy day here in south florida so the after shots especially were all under cloudy conditions.

Wow that is incredible. How can you get any work done with that sweet shop nearby? I would be admiring all of those P-cars!

Thanks, next i'm doing his 65 chevy C-10, that is getting ready to be shot for Hot Rod Magazine i beieve, not sure.
He also asked me to do two choppers, apparently bikes are his real passion. I was told he has a few Ducatis and other sport bikes also.
Still have to meet the guy.
I actually did the Porsche literally underneath that show truck, but forgot to take some pics.

Amazingly, i have yet to meet the owner of the car and i'm not sure whether he has seen it .
We did talk on the phone and discussed other cars and bikes he wants to have done.
I will be posting those as they come along.

Hi great job car looks awesome. I am in Jacksonville Fl and wonder do some products perform better in the heat and humidity.

Awesome looking Porsche! Nice job with the detail.

It's too bad that day was so cloudy, i will go back soon and take some better pics in the sun and i also forgot to make a video.

I took some better pics in the sun but then it started to drizzle a little again.
At least you can see the metallic in the silver better now.

You get any business from this forum?

Not really and i don't think anyone should be posting here or any other site, thinking it will automatically increase business.
here most people , i think, are enthusiasts who want to learn how to detail themselves.
On other specific car brand forums, most are also wanting to do the work .
I put my work here so i have links to put on my site or facebook.
I never expect any work to come from it.
I don't make my videos to become the next internet star either that's why you won't see me or hear any commentary, it's about the car.
