Hey everyone,
Well I started my mobile detailing business late last year and have slowly built it up since then. Business has been up and down the whole way through. It had always been a big goal of mine to start a detailing business and was happy to get it going. An unexpected slow summer forced me to get a daytime job. Of course now that I have a decent full time job, the calls are coming in. More than what I can handle on the weekend but not enough for me to risk quitting again. I dont want to give up on the business but I cannot quit my daytime job right now.
So I've been throwing around the idea of hiring an employee to handle the weekday jobs while im at work. I would take the customer calls and schedule, then give him the customer info and let him do the work. I know that finding good help is hard these days and it inherently adds risk to myself and business. Anyone had any experience with this situation? I know that IF i found a trust worthy person to hire, I would need to invest more money, get insurance, etc. It may be tough but I dont want to give it all up just like that.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks AGO:xyxthumbs:
