I am in the middle of swirl correction on half my vehicle (other half next week). I am going to coat it with WGDGS after an IPA wipedown. My final step will be Collinite 476. I am wondering if I should do 2 layers of WGDGS before the 476 or is that absolute overkill. I'm going strong because we are leaving in 3 weeks for a 3 week 6,000 mile road trip through the west and south.

Thanks for any advice you can give!! Im the MAN

No one has any advice??????

I'm gonna go with overkill. Two coats of sealant IMO is absolute overkill. Especially with WGDGPS. I use that sealant pretty much every single day on vehicles. That stuff is plenty strong on it's own.

If you're going to throw a coat of wax on top of the sealant...you will be more than fine. :dblthumb2:

476 is very durable! That being said, I would personally just go with one coat of each.

I would put the WGDGPS down first. Sealant first, then carnauba.
