After XMT 360 is wax necessary?

I applied a coat of 360 to my Ram and it looks pretty good. Is it necessary to wax afterwards, or optional? Is it already sufficiently protected? I want to know if wax will add to the looks AND the level of protection.

Hydro, I would wax after. XMT 360 is an AIO with a sealant. Not sure how long it would last by itself. For that reason I would nuba it.:cheers:
 
Copy that. The only Carnuba wax I have is OTC. I have Kit wax(carnuba) and some mothers that came with my Mothers clay kit, which would you recommend? I am still trying to decide which boutique wax to get, so one of these will have to work for now.

What color is your Ram?
 
It wounldn't hurt to put on a coat or wax or another coat of a sealant over the XMT360. I like to put on a coat of sealant or a coat and sealant then wax to make sure I get good coverage and protection.
 
XMT 360 , Klasse AIO, and Optimums Polyseal can be used alone and likely offer similar protection as to a wax versus a sealants lifespan.
 
should the 360 allow the wax to "bond" better to the paint? I dont really understand exactly what the 360 or an AIO does. Exactly what is meant by sealing? I understand the polish part.
 
SS11? I will look it up. If you were going to purchase just one LSP to use would SS11 be it? If not, which one would be the best general use LSP? I realize that is a very difficult question to answer, but just looking for opinions. If it matters, my tool for application is either by hand or with my Makita 6040.

The 360 is bonding to the cc and the wax is protecting the sealant in the 360. AIO= cleans, polishes,seals.
