AG Customer Service - Awesome

Just wanted to give some credit to Penny for helping me out this morning. I placed an order yesterday afternoon and forgot a few things. I called this morning and without hesitation she took care of adding the items I forgot and sent me an updated copy of my invoice. Awesome service. Thank you!!
 
Penny and everyone at AG are great!! They really make sure their customers are happy.
 
Penny is awesome, she is the foundation of our great customer service department. Been with us for years and keeps customers smiling every day!
 
Penny is the BEST!!!! Although this forum is the main reason why I am a Geeker, I have to admit that my second reason is Penny!

Interesting, I'm a huge fan of Pepsi myself. When we order pizza and get a 2 liter, I usually empty it in a day and a half.

Another reason why I stick with AG..i am 100% sure if anything goes wrong with my order (or anything at that matter) AG will help me out the best they can

We all have something that makes our day a bit brighter. And are you saying you will be at DF this year?

Yes I order everything I can from them because I know they will make it right if there's an issue, which there never has been. :dblthumb2:

you know, I've got to say all i ever hear is how great the customer service is at AG.

I unfortunately did not get that same sense of satisfaction when i called with an issue with an order...

i enjoy the forum, and at the risk of being banned, im still going to say it, i will not purchase items from here again because of the lack of after sales service i received, which is too bad.

I know i must be in the very small minority here because of all the postitive comments about the customer service, i just wish i could have been a satisfied customer.

Meghan did point me in the right direction, but my concerns fell on deaf ears.

I bought a few things that broke - they were all replaced free and quickly. Dunno.

I think a lot of one's customer service experience depends on the person's expectation and how they approach the retailer...

Me - I never have a problem with anybody...
