First off I want too thank everyone over at AG for the great Customer Service!! Not only was I price matched, But I was taken care of on a big haul. Thanks again. This is the reason I use AG and visit AGO daily! Great people/Great service.:dblthumb2:

Special thanks to Nick for taking care of me. I think from here on out all my orders will be over the phone instead of online just because you guys make it such a great experience. I wouldn't want to spend my money anywhere else!:righton::thankyousign:

They have a place in my heart. Always great experience with them, even know the wallet is a little thin as of lately thanks to the geek, but I don't mind.

Nick, I can tell you from what I have seen I would like to have one. My wife and budget say differently. LOL.
 
Well I think this is appropriate for my shout out to here customer service

Well I placed a large order with the cg forum favorite kit when it arrived to my disappointment it was no where to be found in the box, called customer service and penny got me one shipped out the same day, it was waiting for me when I got home from vaca thanks penny and ag!!

AG does have some of the best service around. Will be on my top list to buy from. Keep up the quality of service.
 
Customer service is first rate. My first order (rather large) was missing one item , promptly filled. Having worked in customer service myself, I can attest to how good AG is. I could only hope the company I use to work for was as good.
