Received my two packages from the thanksgiving weekend sale. One contained my Meg's rinse free and the box was wet. Gallon jug had a couple of cracks in it. A quick email to Meghan and a return email minutes later from shipping with a tracking number. WOW WOW WOW! Props to you AG! Customer for life.

That's fantastic. I hear great things about AG - I would love to order from them but being in the UK, I can found cheaper products elsewhere, it's the shipping what gets me. :(
 
Customer service is the main reason I like to buy from them. They have a price match policy but I never check around. Price is not important if you never have to worry about your order or any problem that could arise.

I also like the fact that I can get any question answered promptly. Try doing that at Wally World. Even the Rain Forest Co doesn't come close to Autogeek in Service or questions.

Santa thinks Megan, Nike and Mike (along with the rest of the gang) are on the nice list!
 
I agree, they ALL are super nice people! I've dealt with Nick a lot, and he is one heck of a person. Always helpful and bends over backwards to make you happy:)
