Just want to say thank you to AG Customer service. I recently placed an order and I completely forgot to add a free sample. I emailed AG hoping I could place one in before was too late. Though sadly, it was. However, even though I screwed up AG is willing to allow me a 2 samples next go around. AG thank you for allowing this and can say with confidence AG has the best customer service I have ever seen

EXACTLY. I called today for that exact reason! Forgot my sample, they said have 2 next time! Love them!
 
I have forgotten to add the sample a few times before, and they have always been great with adding it into the shipment too!
 
That is awesome and that is what true customer service is all about!
 
I also like to say great service and fast shipping got my order in 3 days .
