AG does it again . . . unbelievable!!

Like a lot of you guys I participated in the original "free gift" promotion. I placed my order on the very last day of the offer. However, I was going to be out of town for the Thanksgiving week. So, in the comments field I asked that my order not be shipped until the day before Thanksgiving. This was to make sure I arrived home before my order did. ;) It's starting to get cold in the Northeast and I didn't want my products left out in the cold.

Well, the guys in the wharehouse accidentally shipped my package a day early. It still ended up getting to my house after I did. So, not a problem. :cheers:

However, when I opened up the box there was no free gift only the items I ordered. So, I PM'ed Meghan who of course offered to get my gift out ASAP and assured me she would make me happy.

I got the new package today. I opened it up to find . . .

A PINNACLE SOUVERAN KIT!!!!

This is the kit with Souveran, 1 Inidigo towel, and a foam applicator ($80 value). Autogeek rules!!! Meghan was totally wrong though. I'm not happy . . . I'm ECSTATIC. This is why I shop with AG. Their customer service is unmatched.

Well you can wait, but the free gift offer is over, so I do not know what you are waiting for???:confused:
 
Come on Meghan how long we got wait and will it be worth it, got my order ready to go and i keep waiting to see what the next offer is :D

Just put up a sale of the Gift Certificates and the new sale will come out Monday, get your Gift Certificates today for 25% off, that way come Monday you can use them for the next sale!! Add the two savings together and you are really getting an unbelievable deal.Im the MAN ;)

Yes, I am definitely happy about the gift. :righton: I'm sure I'll be using it soon.

I'm particularly happy that I didn't get a Cobra Guzzler. That's only because I already own two though. :awesome:

Wow! AG is awesome. You guys really know how to keep customers happy and coming back. Nice to see that there are companies out there that care as much as you all do about all of us. Just seeing what AG does for everyone makes me want to be an AG customer for life.

Meghan, I just saw the GC deal. Oh boy, I've been holding off on the last two Free Gift things because you keep hinting that this is gonna get crazy. Looks like 12/1 is the start of the madness. That's unbelievable savings on GCs. Sounds like Max loves the Holidays and the gift of giving. OK I'm seriously hooked on AG.

I just had a very minor product issue with one of my last orders and Meghan took care of me like no other company has. I mean I was blown away by the customer service.

Like I told Meghan.. AG has a customer for life now and I have the utmost respect for the whole AG crew. :applause:
