AG does it again.

Hello to all who might be reading.

AutoGeek's customer service is the best and really there is no competition. If you feel otherwise you truly have no idea (no offense).

So on Friday I had a pretty big detail to do for a new client and I was about half way in and my steamer head (accessory attachment) for the Mytee Firebird just melted on one side then snapped. I tried to see If I could still use the steam and agitate say the carpets with a brush in the other hand. I quickly found out that was not going to happen.

I waited till today and called Nick, Followed his instructions with pictures and an email. I had a few vehicles I went and assessed this afternoon and I just came back to read 3 new emails.

1, from Nick thanking me for my patience and that the part would be here on WEDNESDAY which got 2nd day air.

2 & 3 with the shipping order confirmation and the tracking number!!

I was really afraid some of the potential clients I was getting calls from would go to the hack and slashers here in town because I already am about 4-5 days booked out. Nope they were patient and I called to confirm the part I was waiting on will be here Wed and I can pick right up again.

I don't know how you can get any better than that right there! I still would have been happy with just getting the part but let it be known they went the extra mile and put a rush on the delivery. That's unreal man and that's why I love AG and AGO.

I live on the border in my state and drove past the state line which says " Great Places , Great Faces " and the first thing no kidding I thought about was AG and AGO. Perfect fit. Well enough of my rambling i'm just still in shock atm that this happened.

To the whole team over there at AG! You guys ARE THE BEST HAND DOWN. Thanks Nick for taking care of me today brother. You will hear from me soon. - Tory
 
Very cool story Tory! Nice to see they came through. Most of the time we all see too often the not so nice stories or just people upset and go about things the wrong way.

I always suggest a phone call as its the best and most reliable way to get something handled.

Thanks Evan, I agree 100%. Even if I called and it didn't work out there is no point in complaining. All it does it take away from your online professionalism and just makes you out to be an ass and more times than none look like an immature brat!

There are always 2 ways of handling things. Professional and Unprofessional. I will leave it up to whoever is reading to figure out which one gets the best response. :dblthumb2:
 
I agree, they often ship the same day & have gone out to the warehouse to add an item to a previously placed order for me.
 
People are not perfect, but yet customers expect businesses to be, which is unfortunate. AG gets an A+ in my book for being as good as one can expect. Yeah, they may have a slip here and there, but it always gets resolved quickly and with professionalism. Not to mention, they have a good presence here on the forums, which is HUGE!

You can bet on that :xyxthumbs: I have never ordered and not got an extra that was thrown in. When AG says they care about the customer...They truly mean it and will go the extra mile just too see fit. Gotta love it.

:iagree: If other companies could mock or come close they would have such a higher sales % at the end of the year. When AG says they are the leader it makes you question not only because they carry the best of the best products in the industry. Simply put its how they interact and the relationship they create with the consumer which brings people back time and time again.
 
I really like the fact that when there is a hiccup in your order, they send you an email telling you to call, instead of going back and forth through emails while your trying to filter out relevant information like most companies. They're right to the point and very professional. I can't remember who I talked to, but he was on top of it. I'm not a pro detailing business owner, but I was treated like one. That's how they won my business for all of the products I'll ever need for detailing.
