AG Girls at it again!

Just another appreciation thread for the girls at AG!

So I placed an order Sunday night but forgot my free sample. I emailed Meghan shortly after, and the next morning, not only did she get my free sample in there but also fixed an issue with my CC. Today, I emailed her again asking if my order has shipped, because for some reason I didn't get a shipping confirmation. In less than 30 minutes everything was settled and I found out that my order went out yesterday. Penny also sent me an email to confirm my order shipped out yesterday. Talk about AMAZING customer service, which I can't say the same for some other online stores.

Thanks again ladies! I hope you know we really do appreciate your hard work. Im the MAN

I'll just add, when i have gotten calls from AG about my orders, i was treated with the upmost kindness and respect :)
Hate it when you call a place and they treat you like you are a nuisance to them!

I cannot say it any better. The few times I've needed customer assistance, Penny has gone above and beyond. In fact, they consider what's easier/best for the customer and simply take care of it, with a smile I might add. I'm not sure why, but they never cease to amaze. Thanks so much Penny and Meghan-your great customer service is a major reason why I won't shop anywhere else.

I gotta give a shout out to Meghan also. She took care of an order issue with 2 emails in the matter of 10 mins on Monday. I don't care if I had pay a little extra for some things bc this team puts customers first!!

Just placed my third order with AG and every one of them have been very impressing. Ray at AG has been very helpful and patient with good recommendations and suggestions.
 
Ive never gotten to talk to the people fm the forums but every employee I have talked to at AG has been just as great as the ones here!
 
I won't even consider shopping elsewhere I LOVE AG. never any issue's with my orders . Phone calls or e-mails are always returned quickly. they have the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with thank you AG.
