AG phasing out the Prima Car Care line?

AG has had the Prima line on sale at a great discount for the past several weeks... Looks like the products currently left in the store are definitely fewer than what was available before. Does this mean that Prima will no longer be carried by AG?

Just curious... Your thoughts?
 
I don't know what AG's plan is but Prima makes good products that I use regularly.

WAX AS YOU DRY

All three are top notch products. Wax as u dry was a unmatched product in that catagory!! YES duragloss aqua wax is good, but never stood up to the look or durability of prima wax as u dry. Sad to see them go.
 
I will continue to buy Prima products from whomever I have to if the OPs statement is the truth.

I remember a few years ago I was discussing with a Prima rep on here about how I believe they need to make a paste wax. He felt that paste wax was old tech.

This may be true, but I think if your not going to get into the coating game and are a boutique type manufacturer of detailing product, you need to make a paste wax.

That seems to be what a lot of people who buy these types of products prefer.
 
If this is true, it wouldn't be the first time that a line has been dropped because it's just doesn't move fast enough. Not too much buzz about the products on here.
 
I certainly hope it is not the case. It's only speculation (based on the 50% off sale and lack of remaining product choices available ) that the line may in fact be dropped.

Prima Amigo is a good/unique product, and I have recently bought a few other Prima products based on posts from other members...
 
Sad to see Prima go. I always thought their products were top notch. Hydro Max will always have a place in my cabinet.
 
We're phasing out a few products in the PRIMA line, but not the entire line completely.

Infinity is another good one. It's a dressing, it's a like like VRP from another manufacturer. It's a real top notch dressing, that for some reason never took off.
