This stuff is AWESOME!!! It's safe to use on any wheel finish. It has a thick foaming action which is really nice! It cleans very well! I originally thought it had a glossing agent added because it leaves the wheel shinier than anything I've ever used! I contacted Autoglym about this and they said no glossing agent, my wheels must be very clean! :) If there's one Autoglym product AG should carry, it's this!!

It's a great product but the company is very difficult to deal with as far as consistent ordering of mass product here stateside which makes me wanna cry since they offer other products which are really above par as well

I should get some Brown Royal on Monday. I think I might try this along with Autoglym Custom Wheel Cleaner.

Maybe you should buy one like this:

I wish AG would carry all Auto Glym products. Then I could buy my AG from AG.

Custom wheel cleaner, high def wax, and the shampoo are the main ones. I have tried more though.

awww shizz its time for a "Yo Dawg I heard you like to buy a AG Product at AG, so we put a AG in the AG" meme picture.

It is my go to wheel cleaner, and the best part is it works awesome at cleaning tires too. Funny they told you there is no glossing agent, because they told me there is...at least a year ago there was. I agree that wheels looks glossier when I clean them with cwc.

Mark/forum fans..If you can find the Autoglym "vinyl and rubber" dressing it is the best stuff I have ever used. It adds a hint of shine but it has amazing anti static characteristics with a clean citrus based smell and can be used on both interior and exterior surfaces..oh and engines..just spray and walk away (engines). You will NOT be disappointed. Where are the keys to my vette?

I have used the Autoglym Clean Wheels, which is an acidic cleaner. While it clean so well the very low pH and presence of phosphoric acid make it a harsh wheel cleaner so I dont use it often.

According to Autoglym, the Custom Wheel Cleaner has a pH value of 13.39,
which means it is VERY alkaline (caustic is something similar in pH). While acid will not attack glass, alkaline will corrode glass and some other materials on the car if you are not careful with that.

Just because a product has a high PH doesnt mean it is caustic. Its specific chemicals added to wheel cleaners that make it caustic. AG CWC is completely safe for all types of wheels. Lemon juice has a PH of about 2 so its very acidic but it is a horrible wheel cleaner.

AG CWC is tops! Definitly one of the best wheel and tire cleaners out there! I also love their VRC, shampoo, hd wax, srp, and super interior clean.

If anyone ever wants any AutoGlym bits my unit is next to my regional distributor, so I can get all the retail and trade range and then get it shipped to you.

Sorry maybe my bad English made you misunderstood what I said...
What I really mean is that the Autoglym CWC has a pH close to NaOH. I am not trying to say the product is NaOH based/related.

i know the rep of autoglym, hes on my local board. Last time i saw him, he gave me many samples(soap and polish) and a brand new box of HD wax. I think all the autoglym products are good from what ive heard but they are kinda expensive for their size. I can buy them local at "canadian tire" but i dont think there's some in the US

looks like a great product. video of info....

:iagree:
As I mentioned before ;)

And on top of everything else it's way cheaper than Sonax and IMO works just as good if not better. However you will miss the fun of the wheels looking like they are bleeding, but considering you can almost get two 5L jugs for the price of 1 Sonal 5L I don't think many people will mind.

It would be nice to see Autogeek sell the complete Autoglym line.
Seems like the online retailers that carry it only have a small selection and do not sell larger refill quantities.

I recently bought 3 bottles of CWC from another site. I love that you can dilute 1:1 and it still works fantastic. Replacing it when the 3 bottles run out may proove a bit of a challenge without going overseas.
