I just got an email for an order I placed last night at mid-night. I had a question about the VIP and discount I put in the comments box. Got a response this morning at 9:30 . I appreciate it but these guys need to go home and celebrate with their family today. It would be understood if I had to wait one more day for a response.

I'm sure Max is making it up for the (likely) handful working today.

Although I am looking forward to the e-mails and videos of the warehouse staff on their Segways after a few holiday beverages!
