AG you sent the wrong order, need help fast

So today after 8 days of shipping I was finally excited to try my tornador cleaning gun.

This one:

Detailer's Z-010 Tornador Car Cleaning Gun Free Bonus

UPS guy drops off the package, I open it up and :) turns into :(

AG you guys sent my the tornador foamer gun. I checked my order, i did order the cleaning gun not the foaming gun.

I really needed this for a detail thursday morning. Need it for carpets and dash (smoker).

Is there anyway you guys can send me a whole new gun, and i will ship the one you sent me back.

and overnight it or two day ship it or something. I cant reschedule this client.

Please help?
 
No guarantee that anyone from AG will ever see this post. You really need to call or email them. Since you are in a rush, probably best to call.
 
For a faster response give Nick or Megan a call in the morning. I would bet they take care of it for you. Don't know what is going on with the warehouse but my last 3 out of 6 orders had an issue. Nick took care of it right away for me.
 
Why are you posting here are not contacting someone there directly? This isn't a customer service forum, its a detailing one.
 
Okay you all make good points, but I actually sent an email before I posted this, I was just hoping this would be an extra thing because sometimes emails take a few days to respond to. Plus I was going to give a call but have to wait until tomorrow. Thanks.

Give them a call for sure. No worries, AG customer service will come through.
 
Thanks, ugh I just really need this gun for thursday.

Thanks everyone, feel a lot better now haha. Will they ship it to me that fast though? I think its fair but I hope so.

Yes nick! Thank you for you help. You guys are truely some of the best customer service I have ever talked to, and to overnight me was fantastic. I was worried about doing this detail thursday, but worries gone.
