aggressive claying towel/pad

Is there one of those nanoskin-like towels or pads that is good for heavy duty contamination removal? I'm almost out of Meguiars Red clay.
I recently purchased the OPT fine blue towel and I like it a lot more than clay!

CG makes a heavy duty clay. Black I think. Heads up, it will mar your paint. You'll need to compound/polish after.

I have never used it but it is the first thing that popped into my mind.

Nanoskin makes a Medium duty pad and towel iirc. For heavy duty contaminant removal, like over spray, I still keep heavy duty traditional clay.

Is the Nanoskin medium and OPT heavy the same thing?
