AGO Admins - Please help!!! Corrupted User Profile

AG, I think something happened to my user profile.

1.) My profile Pic is not mine
2.) When I click on "Profile" it displays "PaulG" vs "Paul_G"
3.) Shows me as a "Junior member" with my last activity in October 2016 (certainly not accurate)
4.) My date of birth is incorrect and age is very wrong... (not in a good way either).

My assumption is someone was doing some clean-up and saw a PaulG profile and a Paul_G profile and merged the two.

I cannot even change my profile pic, it will not allow me too... Any help would be greatly appreciated...
 
Identity theft on AGO!!!

Hope they get this fixed for you, Paul. :/
 
My user profile is bugged too.
VBulletin avatar, which I was able to remove it, and when I go my profile, it says 'This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view. '.
A database virus, perhaps?

I'm guessing AGO got hit with something. I can see the notifications for "Likes" but when I click on the link, obviously it takes me to the other guy's profile.... where he has none.

Hi Paul,

I saw your post early this morning, just been busy buffing out a old 2-door Ford.


I've sent the link to this thread and your other thread to our CIO so he's aware. He's travelling until next Monday so please be patient and I'm sure he and our vB Mechanic will get it sorted out.

Same thing just happened with my account.
 
Hopefully it's common practice, but I'd make sure you don't use the same password anywhere else just in case someone's up to no good.

I also never use my real Birthday for any website other than for banking.

Hopefully they get your accounts straightened up soon!

Thanks Mike! For the time being I'm going to refrain from posting because I'm "someone else" right now. Looking forward to being "me" again! :)
 
Mike, I sent you a PM with screen shots of my profile settings pages, along with highlighted items, circles and diagrams. Hopefully this adds more info to help the team troubleshoot and fix my issues.
I also consent to someone from AG changing my PWD if they need to log on as me to do more trouble shooting.

I guess that's it for now... signing off... PaulG, err... I mean Paul_G. :(
 
Hope someone from AGO figures this out. Aside from you Paul, I've seen many members with the "v-bulletin" avatar.

Something happened. They need to get on this one, it's been a week or so already. :/

Cruisin, you should start a new thread and explain your issue in detail as I did.

This post is "dated" and the issue has been resolved. Admins should close this thread so it doesn't resurface as a new issue.
