AG's Warranty on Griot's Garage 6" Random Orbital

Yeah, they repaired mine last time without question, it was just a matter of getting a repaired (or maybe refurbished) machine back that didn't work 100%. That's why I figured I'd contact AGO, because they're always so supportive and helpful. But I'm sure GG will be very easy to deal with anyway:buffing:

UPDATE.... it's been awhile. since I havent been doing any polishing with my broken machine, i waited a few weeks to send it out until i had some samples requests and would already be going to the post office. I sent it in, and I didn't hear anything for a week. I subsequently emailed GG telling them my customer # and item #, asking the status of my polisher and explaining my situation with the broken speed switch i had. Tanya from GG emailed back very promptly, a day later, and 2 days later (yesterday) my polisher was on my doorstep. Gotta love the GG warranty! From my experience their customer service is top-notch.
