All my hardwork is gone..... I could cry right now..

I feel bad only because you have to pay the deductible when you didn't do anything whatsoever. Maybe the police can help in your investigation

Don't feel that bad. I was rear ended years ago sitting at a stop light and now I have permanent neck and shoulder pain. Multiple surgeries couldn't fix the damage caused by the accident. So even though you are upset, there are people who got it worse. And I know that I'm lucky that I'm not dead or lost a limb.

We know it could be worse, but it doesn't take away the pain of not knowing who caused it and driving around with a jacked up side. It sucks whether it's a small door ding or a severe hit-and-run. Hope you can eventually get the car looking as best as possible. Bottom line: People need to own up to their mistakes.

Character and Integrity in people is getting harder and harder to find. Just remember, “An honest mans pillow is his peace of mind.” If the person that did that to your car honestly knew they did it, then chances are they don’t sleep very well at night.

That sucks. It looks like you take really good care of your car also. It was probably someone with a junker and they don't care about their own car. Just find a quality body shop that does high end car like BMW or Benz. The end result will be much better.

+1 :whs:

Do NOT listen to what your insurance company says about their "preferred shops" until you check out those shops and ask for references.

Karma shall find them!

And if it were around my house, "Karma" is a 80 pound female Doberman. (Get it, Karma is a Bitc#, as in she's a female dog.)
And she is freaking FAST! Im the MAN
