All Purpose Cleaner Opinions

Fwiw. There's some new ( at least new to me) Simple Green products that have been tested, thoroughly and proven to be non-corrosive to aluminum.
Simple Green has developed break-through water based cleaners that are safe for use on metals, plastics, rubber and high tech alloys. Extreme Simple Green Aircraft & Precision Cleaner and Simple Green® Pro HD are available on both the industrial and retail markets, respectively.

These products were initially developed for the aircraft industry and extensive testing shows that they are safe and effective on a variety of metals and other sensitive surfaces even in the most extreme circumstances.

Extreme Simple Green
and Pro HD conforms to Boeing D6-17487P spec for general aircraft exterior cleaning and Pratt & Whitney PWA 36604revC spec for aircraft engine cleaning.

I just bought the Pro HD, I'll see how it works this weekend.

I was a die hard amazing roll off user till I used greased lightning. Costs $2-3. I cleaned my wheels about 2 weeks ago with it, and you can't see any brake dust on them yet. It's been raining quite a bit since then too, and they still look clean. That's the only thing I've used on them, no sealer or polish.

Another vote for Simple Green here. Will try the Greased Lightning though, sounds interesting. I've heard of it, but where do you get it?

I buy it at either Dollar General or Family Dollar because they are closest to me, but you can get it from any of these stores -

Target, Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Ace, Lowes, True Value, Home Depot.
