At the present I personally do not own a Flex 3401, but the reviews for this tool seem to lean towards the upside of a must-have piece of equipment.

For many years, I would always hand wash, clay bar, hand wax and polish my familys vehicles with high quality products. Because I was scared, I would burn the paint.
My friend was telling me about the flex3401 he owns, and he said it was almost impossible to burn the paint with a flex3401 and it is a lot more faster and quieter and powerful, and it saves time with out using a lot of pressure. Yes it was expensive, but it was well worth it.
