Am I doing something wrong?

Why do the products I add to my shopping cart disappear. I've made previous purchases. I'm ready to make my next purchase and continue to add products to my cart as I learn more about them through the Forum discussion. Does it "time out" if I don't checkout within a certain amount of time? Thanks in advance!

how long are you leaving the items in your shopping cart ? I would say it is safe to say that there has to be a time limit you can keep items in your cart.

Idk. I have had them stay in there for weeks. Maybe I should use the "Wish List". I still had the "free gift" in my cart like a month later from one of the holiday sales that I wanted to participate in, but did not.

Check your PC browser settings and see if it has been auto set to delete browsing history, and cookies every few weeks. I have stuff that's been in my cart for a lot longer than that. If your PC is deleting all of your browsing history and habits then you will lose things like that on websites (ie shopping carts, passwords, sign/logins).

I had the same issue a couple years ago, and just tried to add things to my cart and it will still only allow 1 item. As soon as I add the second item, the first item gets deleted.
