Since I do detailing on week-end, I have a little collection..

Sealant:

Menzerna - For look
Klasse - For durability

Wax:

Fuzion: for great durability, premium slickness and metallic.
Souveran : For dark-colored car that simply want the best look
DP Max wax: a cheaper version of the Fuzion with less durability
Natty Liquid blue : Pretty much the same thing as Max Wax
Natty's RED: When the customer wants to see his pearl POP!
Collonite 476: for extreme durability.

Am I missing something, I have the feeling, I should get a wax made for light-colored car or should I be fine?

i would add pinnacle signature series 2 paste .its a fantastic wax leaves a nice wet look to the paint:xyxthumbs: ill always have a tub in my collection.. its easy on and offjust like souveran. and the fruitoils in it smell great :xyxthumbs: for sure its upthere with highend waxes. terms of look.

Sealant:

  • Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0
  • Poorboy’s EX-P paint sealant

Wax:

  • Collinite 845
  • DP Max Wax

WAX, DP Max WAX

Sealant, you owe it to yourself to try DP Poli-Coat. Great stuff!

You are not mentioning any spraywax like Aquawax or Mothers Reflections, both work great as a booster; I use a spraywax when drying my cars all the time ;)

for light color cars, optimum Wax. inexpensive and effective.
Also WG sealant 3.0 is a must have. Maybe add a few Glazes to your arsenal too like PB Black hole and 3M imperial hand glaze. OH and pinnacle XMT 360 would come in handy. its always good to have an AIO product:xyxthumbs:

Pinnacle SSII, P21S 100%, and Dodo Hard Candy or Pro line.

Used DP Poli Seal for the dirst time this weekend and I like it a lot
Duragloss 501, 111, track claw and AW for a booster
Opti seal and opti wax are both great
Dodo supernatural
Bilt Hamber Finis wax
Pinnacle SSII
Souveran
Clearkote Carnauba moose

You are good to go but a spray wax such as OCW would be a worthwhile addition.

You might want to add one of these two higher end boutique waxes to your collection--Dodo Juice Supernatural and Swissvax Concorso. Your higher end clients might be impressed and might be willing to spend a few extra pennies for a coat of Supernatural or Concorso.

Personally, though, I think your collection is great and do not think you need to add any other waxes, unless, of course, you just want to add to the collection just for the heck of it. In addition to the waxes already mentioned, think about: P21S 100%, CG 50/50, Victoria Concours Red, and Lusso Oro.

I have WGDGPS(bright and reflective) for *ANY* metallic paint.

I have poorboy's liquid natty's blue(warm, deep, wet look) for *ANY* NON-metallic paint.

Im the MAN
