Am I wrong in NOT wanting to use a drying aid?

I always use a drying aid, mainly because I like to use product. :laughing:
 
I think drying aids are like the "two bucket method". You are supposed to use it but do you really need to? I stopped using drying aids with my drying towels a while ago. I found the towels to be less absorbent over time even with dedicated cleaning with micro fiber soaps. I would prefer to just have a drying towel that absords.

My drying process is blower, drying towel. and any residuals drops are hit with a Beadmaker type spray and a regular MF towel.
