We had two real customers do the voice over in trade for some work on their cars. I'm sure you guys know atleast two women. You can also use your own voice. Keeping the ads fresh is a must you don't want to hear the same ad 20 times a day. My city is a huge college sports town. That been said all the fans in town listen to the sports talk.
