Amazing customer service by Meghan!!!

I'm sure a few of you read that my 6x yellow MFs arrived with frayed edges. I didn't even have time to write about it on the message board before there was already a private message about it in my inbox!!!

Meghan offered to replace the yellow MFs with the most excellent JRs instead. She told me to keep the yellow frayed ones for doing the DIRTY WORK!!!

I cannot believe it, this is the best customer service I've ever experienced! Thank you so much Meghan, you've got a customer for life here!!!

did you truly expect less ???? I seem to remember the title of this forum is AUTOGEEK ... and yes Meghan is the bomb.

Meghan and AG = Service.

They are sending me a new can of ClearKote QS after my other was broken somewere during shipping last time, and that is to Norway.

No wonder they got customers, im staying at AG................

That's a nice formula Truls, I think AG does have the best customer service and great products not to mention Meghan.
 
There is a reason why we all keep coming back here... and it sure isn't smells of the products... or is it.. :) GO AG

I only wish other retailers could be half as good.
 
LOL, it seems to me that Meghan gets a lot of the love from us. Spread that love to everyone else Meghan. :) They all deserve it (you do too).
 
AG does rock, I would have to agree with everyone else. I have never seen so many people on a forum who are as happy with the service of a company, until I came to AG. This is what made me a customer and also eager to tell everyone about this site and AG's online store. Mike...

p.s. Also after placing my first order and having Meghan answering all of my questions, I can safely say I will be a repeat customer for all my detailing needs.
