Amazon Pay Trouble

Hey all.
I’m trying to place an order from AG using my gift cards that have been loaded to my Amazon account balance.
Either AG or Amazon won’t let me select the gift card selection as payment method. The only payment method that shows up is my credit card.

I’m trying to order now to take advantage of the 25% off and free shipping promotion going on for the next few hours.

Any help here would be sweet. Thanks all
 
I had the same problem when I made an order last night. Unfortunately Amazon pay wouldn't work for me either so I ended up just using another payment method. Amazon pay has worked for me in the past multiple times...

Well damn. That’s unfortunate. I was hoping to get the order placed before the promo ran out.

Contact AG customer service when they open tomorrow.

Their CS is second to none. You will be helped. :)

Its (Amazon Pay) worked for me tonight. ..(yes I have a problem..ordering more and more stuff ..procrastinating to start paint correction for the first time on my cars...a little scared but keep watching Mike's videos to give me the best chance)

Will Amazon Pay actually allow you to use your Gift Card Balance to pay for an order on AG ?

I still get the pop-up box when trying to add new payment methods.
 
I think the gift card balance can only be used at Amazon. Amazon pay is just a federation that AG uses so you don’t have to have an account there or give them your credit card info. You’ll have to use a credit card at Amazon because the gift card / promotional balance is only valid at Amazon.
This is what I think anyways.

Thanks for the reply. That’s what I am trying to figure out. Your point does make sense. Just sucks because I was hoping to use my Gift Card Balance to buy from AG.
Oh well. Guess I’ll need to figure out something else.

Check the seller when browsing Amazon. If it is PBMG, that is Autogeek.

Or Palm Beach Motoring Accessories as I just checked....... Either way, you are buying from Autogeek.
