AmeriCarna Car Show with Ray Evernham sponsored by Autogeek

This last weekend was Ray Evernham's car third annual AmeriCarna LIVE car show presented by Ingersoll Rand and MSC Industrial Supply Company.

100% of the proceeds from AmeriCarna LIVE will be donated to the Evernham Family – Racing for a Reason Foundation and go to support the IGNITE Community Center in Davidson, N.C. for young adults with high-functioning autism or Asperger’s Syndrome.

Autogeek helped to sponsor this show and on hand at the show to answer questions about car care were Andre and Bryan from our Customer Care Team here at Autogeek.

Bryan and Andre drove to Davidson, North Carolina in the Autogeek iVan then set up and manned the Autogeek Booth.

All the photos in this post were from an event at Ray Evenham Enterprises that Bryan and I had the pleasure of going to. Ray's collection really blew our minds away. The collection was HUGE, I got only a fraction of the photos of cars that I wanted to take pictures of. There was just so much to look at! Here are just "some" of the pictures we took. The background on some of these cars was just amazing, we had a an absolute blast! Enjoy!

Ray Evernham will attempt to make the Woody Lee T run 133 mph once again in the near future. Can't wait to see it!

I will upload more photos in a while so keep an eye out. There's lots more cool and famous cars coming up. Thanks for looking!

Those Intimidator Camaros were cool cars. I think only 87 or 88 were built but only less than half had the gauge cluster signed by Dale Earnhardt. He passed away before being able to sign them all. They completed the builds anyway. There are still quite a few of those sitting in collections and in mint condition with low miles are over $40k.

These 3 beautiful Classic automobiles (dusty yes, but still magnificient!) were owned by Bill Crocker, Erin Crocker Evernham's father, until his tragic, untimely passing several years ago. These vehicles, a cream and red 1957 Corvette, a black 1955 Thunderbird, and a dark metallic brown 1971 Corvette, are now resting in the same condition in which they were recently found near Wilbraham, Massachusetts.

Here's what was under the cover at Ray Evernham's place - His newly acquired 1958 ‘American Graffiti’ Chevrolet Impala. He has wanted this car ever since he could remember. He has tried in the past to buy this car but never could get it. Well he finally got it and did a pre announcement about it at the dinner Bryan and I attended. It was very cool to see his excitement about a car that meant so much to him and sharing the great news with us.
