Chemical guys VRT is great, UV protection too.
Not too shiny but looks great IMO.

+1 for 303. I also use Chemical Guys Inner Clean. Matte finish with UV protection. Love them both.

For an Over the counter product I love meguiars natural shine or supreme shine if you like a lot of shine.

Agree with the everyone else.

Long ago I used Armour All on a BMW and couldn't figure out why my black interior would start turning gray and looking dried out so fast. Then I switched to a quality interior product and figured out why. I have never had that problem since. I also will never go back to the greasy/shiny look it leaves behind.

My choices are Vinylex, 303, Meguiars natural shine interior protectant, or Meguiars Ultimate Interior Protectant. In no particular order. I've like them all. 303 is my product of choice right now.

If you want something that cleans and protects:
SONAX Dashboard Cleaner Matte Finish, matte dashboard cleaner, dash cleaner, interior cleaner
Very nice product! And cheap too!
If you want to go with a product for cleaning and a different one for protecting:
- clean Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel, interior cleaner, upholstery cleaner ;
- protect Ultima Interior Guard Plus 12 oz., interior protectant, rubber & vinyl protectant, dash dressing or 303 Aerospace Protectant 32 oz or Wolfgang Cockpit Trim Sealant
