An ordering problem

I tried to place an order last night for $105.96, I entered the code "moveit" and it came back with $8.40, it has 15% off next to the $8.40. I cancelled out and tried it just now with the same results. Isn't 15% in Fla the same as 15% in Mn??
 
did you order something that could not be discounted ?? When in doubt call Meghan ... I bet the phones are back and up !!

Killr, thank you for info. How do I call Megan? Is it the regular 800#? I checked the email I got from AG and read the things that weren't covered and what I was ordering wasn't on the list. Hey Joe P. I am surprised you recognized Dinky Dow and Viet Nam if you weren't there but all the same Thanks for mentioning it!
 
I've never called Megan. Have you tried to pm her?

That explains a lot – so you were a "Pucking Buzzard" I was the FIRST CAV!! 68-69 and 1/4 quarter horse (buffalo Soldiers) 70-71.:grouphug:

I spoke with Mehgan when i placed my order very pleasant conversation and the order was delivered in whole with some extras (THANK YOU),you guys may not know but she has a voice of a southenr belle ;)
 
I have the same problem. I created an order today and the total is $80.94. The MOVEIT code produced a discount of -9.59. Shouldn't it be -12.14? Then, I tried to add the AGO code too and it said "Sorry, can't recognize your code".

So, do I place the order today before the offer expires and then ask Jason or Meghan to fix it or wait to talk them tomorrow?

By the way, none of my items are on the discount exclude list.
