Annoying Spam not being taken down?

I have reported several posts regarding some medication spam here on AG. It doesn't look like any of them have been taken down. What's up with the Admins?
 
From what was said in some other thread, don’t hint there’s any admins to do it. I did several too and have given up.
 
You can add them to your ignore list. The perplexing part is that someone approved those accounts. Maybe that was a while ago.
 
Just add that poster to your Ignore list and be done with it, why let it keep bugging you? ��#♂️
 
That's amazing. Seriously... are there any admins?

The other thing that concerns me is if the admins are being proactive about the posts are they being proactive about installing security updates to the software etc?
 
Sad. This used to be a premier forum on my mind. Huge involvement from the mods/employees. Now, still great members, but overall it’s like it’s being left to die.
 
I have PM'd two Admins about this.

They are either no longer employed by AG, or they just don't give two sh!ts about the forum.

Click on their user name.

Click "view profile"

Click the third line below the profile pic. "add to ignore list". Confirm. ....... :)
 
It seems that the spammers might be offering an essential service. They seem to be validating that Autogeek doesn't view their forums as an important form of customer communication by allowing others to disturb the online experience.
 
At this point they could really benefit from taking some of us more active members and promoting to moderators, I’m sure we could keep the house clean for them.
 
I used to be a mod at Autopia. We used to take down spam and ban the spammer routinely and with ease. Just a few clicks and they were gone
 
To be honest I find the lack of moderator or admin intervention to be frightening and I'm seriously considering taking my questions to another forum and leave AG behind. It's just hard to believe no one is auditing what is going on.
