Hi everyone just joined the forum. I recently purchased a 2014 Shelby GT500 (Black with matte black stripes :doh:)with low mileage. Looking forward to the knowledge everyone here has to keep my baby looking good.
 
Cool car, I would have no problem keeping a GT500 clean. I'd be washing that car after every Sunday drive. Keeping it low mileage that would be a different story. Welcome to AGO. You will get a ton of good advice on products and techniques.

I just read your post again. Black car with black matte stripes. Scratch the no problem keeping it clean part of my post. What are you doing wasting your time on the Internet? It's been 5 minutes since you washed your GT500, it probably needs the light dust washed off already:)

I would definitely try a rinseless or waterless wash if you haven't already. I'm thinking Wolfgang's Uber rinseless would be a good product to keep your black GT500 as clean as possible. I've read nothing but good reviews. If you don't have a rinseless wash yet, look at Wolfgang's Uber. I love Meguiar's rinseless wash too. I know you didn't ask for a specific product recommendation, but what the heck.
