Another thread about holograms...

I worked on a blue 09 subaru sti and it was the softest paint i have ever encountered as a detailer.

I tried using my boss g21 and it created too much heat and the paint was "sticky" making the machine wobble and the polish gooey like melting into the paint (very hard to whipe off)

So i used a porter cable and menzerna sf4000 and got 95% correction how soft the paint was.

I cant believe that a 3 inch orbital put the holograms in the paint tho but maybe this is the same paint that i worked with

Its possible and if it is the same soft paint then maybe you did put those in

I'd say a soft pad may help. Blue uber may be a little much. The photos would load well on my phone, but guessing it's similar marks as you have before which appear to be from the machine rather than towel. The beauty of meguiars ultimate polish is that it is similar to m205, so you can also try the h205 or water polishing method as well. But first step would be pad with no cut

I will get my hands on some sf and softer pads to see what I can do. If I get a better results Ill post some better pictures!
