Several DG products get very good reviews but I don't recall the APC 401 getting any mention. Just curious how it compares to APC+, OPC and the others that get a lot of attention here.

APC is just something I refuse to pay shipping on. I love DG products, just love them. But for APC, I go to Home Depot and buy Zep Citrus. Awesome stuff, cheap and works very well. I have never tried the DG one to be honest.

Have you tried the duragloss nano yet?

Hey Richy got a question. I'm a faithful 601/105 user on light colors and use the 501 on my boats. Have you ever tried to use 1 part 601 3 part 105 1 part 501 combo to get a bit more bit or cut? I have a 2008 MBZ that has has a few small defects, it's Artic white, I could use Menz 203(std 1 step for me) to clean up then 601/105 or thought maybe by the magic mix above I could get away with just the DG potion. Any thoughts or feedback? Thanks in advance and sorry to thread jack guys

I have some DG APC. It seems to work ok and seems to be similar to Meg's. It has a decent scent.

I have some of the Ultimate Orange (#401 I believe?), and it works pretty well around the house. I purchased my sprayer of the Duragloss around the same time I picked up my OPC, so to be honest, the Power Clean has been getting all of the use on my vehicle.

But like I said, I used the Duragloss on super caked on dishes or just to clean up the bathroom and it seems to work just fine. I don't see why it couldn't be used on engine bays or for general cleaning on the interior, so long as it is properly diluted.

Edit: Looks like what I have is #461 - Duragloss Ultimate Orange (UO) #461

I use 501/601 I never touched 105. I don't have any reason to because to me 501 has great cleaning, looks, super slick and it lasts a long time

OP sorry I never used any DG APC, Im with Richy I use Zep Citrus

That's funny. Richy is the man when it comes to beta testing DG products, Jerry sends him everything :)

No I haven't used DG APC either, Optimum Power Clean is my go to.

I'm the one who distributes it to others. In fact, I just got a new version of the clear in on Friday that I'm going to use on my Lincoln for winter testing.

I've tried something similar. I used a 50/50 mix of 50% 601/501 with 50% mix of 601/DG nano polish which is like 105 on steroids. It worked very well. Your mix should be just as good...maybe it's just a bit lighter on the 501, that's all. Stick to the 4:1 ratio and you can mix the sealant/polish aspect of the 4 part all you want.
