any ideas on how to clean and polish titanium

My leg is an aluminum/titanium alloy and I've used numerous high quality aluminum polishes with stellar results... in fact it's time to polish it again...

I've used Optimum Metal Polish with great results, Zephr Pro 40 is a fine polish that I've found locally. The Wolfgang Metal Concourse Series of polishes are fantastic. I have all 3 and either are a fantastic product..
